Bobbie Eugene Dodd, Jr. was born on June 3, 1964, in Norman, Oklahoma, to Bobbie Eugene Dodd, Sr. and Janice Elaine Howard. On September 17, 1992, he married Keri Ann Birden in Norman, Oklahoma. Bobbie loved his family and enjoyed watching his son wrestle and his daughter play soccer. He has been a Katy resident for the past 14 years, and was an avid outdoorsman that spent many hours hunting and fishing.

Bobbie passed away on Friday, August 3, 2012, at the age of 48 years.

He is survived by his wife, Keri Dodd; son, Cole Dodd; daughter, Madisen Dodd; mother, Janice Blair; sisters, Cynthia Conrad and her husband Dale, and Becky Dodds; uncle, Glenn Howard; aunt, Diane Foster; mother-in-law, Cherrie Birden; brother-in-law, Matt Birden and his wife Teresa; sister-in-law, Shawn Little and her husband David; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Woodrow Howard and Earlene Howard; and a nephew, Justin Edgin.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 11, 2012, at the Schmidt Funeral Home Chapel, in Katy, with Pastor Tim Douglas officiating.
